After successful stops in the Krkonoše Mountains and Moravia, we are moving the Treat Wolfdogs Academy training facilities to Soběšice in the Šumava foothills. Hotel Agri will become the place where we will jointly develop your dogs’ inner fire. This workshop blurs the lines between precision dog sports and functional cohabitation with a family dog. Regardless of breed or your training level, our common denominator is a clear communication system in which the dog stops mindlessly following commands and begins to create with you.
What makes our workshop in Soběšice special?
In modern training, the handler’s inner peace and physical relaxation are directly proportional to the quality of their reactions and timing. Therefore, when choosing the location, we emphasized that the demanding training blocks be balanced by above-standard recovery for the handler.
- Wellness as a training tool: Hotel Agri features an indoor heated pool, whirlpool, and sauna. The option to use the pool (free for guests) or a professional back and neck massage is not just a luxury, but a way to keep the handler’s mental capacity at its peak throughout the workshop.
- Facilities for companions and family: The Soběšice workshop is designed so that your loved ones who are not directly participating in the training can also enjoy a full weekend. While you polish your technique on the field, companions have access to a 9-hole minigolf course, gym, billiards, or table tennis.
- Authentic agrotourism: The hotel is part of a working farm. Here, dogs encounter a real rural environment and the scents of livestock, which is an ideal trainer for cognitive development. Additionally, the hotel kitchen uses its own products – from home-made milk and meat to potatoes directly from the estate.
Training modules: What will we address in Soběšice?
- Dog’s own initiative – Ignition: In the NePoPo® system, we do not teach the dog to wait for a command but to actively offer behavior. You will learn how to ensure that the execution of the exercise itself is a reward for the dog (Heart and Soul). We remove passivity and replace it with intrinsic motivation.
- Shaping: During behavior shaping, we do not use mechanical luring with a treat, but we let the dog “figure out” the solution to the task. This process builds the dog’s confidence and ability to work and focus even under external pressure or in any distracting environment.
- Stress management on both ends of the leash: You will understand how your body signals and emotions affect the dog’s ability to learn. We will work on making the handler a clear and predictable partner for the dog in any situation.
Individual approach and TWA standard
The quality of education at Treat Wolfdogs Academy is based on an individual assessment of each team. We lead the workshop in a small group, which allows us to attend to each participant with precision corresponding to NePoPo® standards. Our goal is for every team to leave with a clear plan for further independent development.

Registration and payment: The application becomes binding after payment of a deposit: 99 EUR for one person staying in a double room, or 198 EUR for two people staying in a double room (the deposit corresponds to the price of accommodation and meals).
Deposit for one-day participants: 74 EUR (team), 45 EUR spectator without a dog. WARNING: the deposit is non-refundable, but it is fully transferable to another participant whom you arrange yourself in case of your absence. In the application, indicate whether it is a one-day or two-day participation, with or without accommodation. Pay the deposit only after receiving an e-mail confirming available capacity.

Schedule
- Friday: Afternoon arrival, start with a group dinner (approx. 7:00 PM), team introductions, and initial assessment.
- Saturday: Morning and afternoon individual training blocks tailored to your goals.
- Sunday: Training blocks, summary, and creation of a plan for independent work. Closing at 6:00 PM. During others’ individual lessons, we recommend watching the training. This approach allows for understanding a variety of situations and techniques that will help in your own development. We create a friendly environment where we learn together and without stress.
Wellness and Farm: The pool is free for staying participants. Massages, sauna, and whirlpool must be reserved in advance. Likewise, farm products (meat, milk, potatoes) must be ordered in advance. A detailed price list for paid wellness procedures will be sent by e-mail upon request after a binding reservation (payment of the deposit), so that you can secure your massage and other service times in advance.
