An Extraordinary Event: October 24th – 26th
Enter the World Only Your Dog Can See: A Three-Day or Two-Day Workshop That Unveils the
Secrets of Scent
“The dog is never wrong. The handler can be wrong, but the dog never is.”
Bart Bellon, Founder of NePoPo®
Stop merely following and start truly reading. This exclusive workshop with one of Europe’s
top specialists, Eric Jan Stoffels, is designed for all active handlers and trainers in the sport
of IGP who want to systematically increase the reliability and precision of their tracking.
Whether you are laying the foundation for future success or fine-tuning the details that
decide a competition, this seminar will provide you with the key tools.
Together, we will dive deep into understanding scent theory, tracking strategy, and reading
the dog’s most subtle signals. Our goal is not just to reach the end of the track, but to build
a team that works with confidence, precision, and a mutual understanding that will be
reflected in your results.
Eric-Jan Stoffels is an internationally renowned tracking expert with more than 35 years of
experience in canine sports. In the dog world, his name is synonymous with mastery in
tracking. He is active across Europe and beyond, working with his own dogs and coaching
handlers at the highest level for top-tier competitions.
His approach is famous for its directness and efficiency. No unnecessary fuss—just clarity,
intensity, and precision backed by real, verifiable results. His seminars are built on
principles he created himself, which are now considered among the best in the field.
Key Accomplishments and Characteristics:
A workshop with Eric Jan Stoffels is a unique opportunity to learn from a true authority
whose methods have been tested and proven under the most demanding conditions of both
sport and service cynology.
This is the first time, and perhaps the last for a long time, that you will have the chance to
learn from an expert of this caliber on Czech soil. After this workshop, you will leave not only
with practical skills and tools for systematic work, but also with a completely new
perspective on how to perceive the world through your dog’s eyes (and nose). It is an
investment that will pay off in the form of higher scores, greater confidence in trials and
competitions, and a deeper connection with your dog.
